If your business runs on technology and you're making decisions about tools, vendors, or hires without a technical leader, you're not too small. You're exactly who this is for. Most clients are between $300K and $10M in revenue.
Q·03How is this different from an IT consultant?+
A consultant gives advice and leaves. I'm embedded in your business as your CTO. Accountable for outcomes, not deliverables. I sit in strategy meetings, evaluate hires, review vendors, and make sure technology drives growth instead of just keeping the lights on.
Q·04What does competitor exclusivity mean?+
At the Growth tier, I contractually commit to not working with your direct competitors while we're partners. You name them, they go in the agreement, and they're off-limits for the duration of the engagement.
Q·05What if I just need one project done?+
All project work happens inside a retained relationship. A one-off without ongoing context is how businesses end up with solutions that don't fit. When I understand your business deeply, I build the right thing, not just the thing you asked for.
